QG Enviro started its activity in 2017.
The organization works on environmental awareness, non formal education and trainings for kids, young and adults. QG Enviro organise youth exchanges and other EU projects with many international organizations. It cooperates with farmers and land owners for the enhancement of biodiversity and sustainable practices in agriculture.
We work hard every day for life on Earth.

Environmental education and international exchanges

QG Enviro works at local, european and international level for youth education, mobility and professional training in the environmental field, through Erasmus +, CEI and many other international programs.
Enhance knowledge and emotional skills of young and adults coming mainly from South Italy.

We cooperate with farmers and land owners for a regenerative management of farms and plots. Members benefit of dedicated training and a european wide network of organizations and professionals.

AWARDS AND RECOGNITION

In August 2018, Giuseppe joined 16 social entrepeneurs from Europe in the ChangemakerXchange program, from Ashoka Foundation and Bosch Alumni Network. It reunites and help the best social entrepeneurs in the world under the age of 30. This could be possible only thanks to the amazing work of the QG Enviro team in the first year of activity!

1st prize at CLIMATHON LECCE 2017 with LinkShiftShare project, for the integrated management of the coast in the municipality of Lecce.

In 2017 the plurispecific informal hedgerow proposal was one of the finalist in the "Competition of ideas for innovation in southern agriculture"
The SIPs are characterized by the presence of different plant species that guarantee a great diversity of animals at all levels of organization.

DAF, Desalination and Forests project, was finalist for the "Best Climate Practices 2017" international award, held by the ICCG (Initiative on Climate Change Governance),
DAF is an agronomic system that uses sea water from a desalination plant near the coast.
